Open to everyone — no invite needed
Pulso is already on iPhone. The Android version is finished and now sits in closed testing on Google Play — the last step before it can be published to everyone.
Anyone can join. There is no waiting list and nothing for us to approve: you add yourself to the testers group, opt in on Google Play, and install Pulso like any other app. Two minutes, and it is free.

Join the testers group
Google Play grants beta access through our testers group. Sign in with the Google account you use on your Android phone, then tap Join group.
Check it now: Play Store → your profile picture → the email at the top. Join with that account, not another one.

Become a tester on Google Play
Once you are in the group, open the opt-in link on your phone and tap Become a tester.
Open the opt-in link play.google.com/apps/testing/pe.grap.pulsoIf that page says the test is not open yet, the build is still in review. Stay in the group — we post there the moment it opens.

Install Pulso
The opt-in page links straight to the Play Store listing. Install it like any other app; updates then arrive on their own.
Pulso will not appear if you search the Play Store. A closed test is invisible to search — the opt-in link above is the only way in, and the button below works only once you are a tester.

⚠ Use the same Google account throughout.
The account you join the group with must be the one signed in to the Play Store on your phone. If they differ, Google Play will simply not show you the app.
Group membership takes a few minutes to reach Google Play — occasionally longer. If the opt-in link does not recognise you straight away, wait a little and try again.
Please keep it for 14 days
Google will only let a new app go public once at least 12 testers have stayed opted in for 14 consecutive days.
That rule is the entire reason this test exists. So the most useful thing you can do is join, install, and simply leave Pulso on your phone for two weeks — open it when it rains, and tell us what breaks. Uninstalling early resets the clock for everyone.
Good to know
Does the beta cost anything?
No. Pulso is free during the test and after it — no ads, no in-app purchases, no accounts, no sign-up.
Which phones can run it?
Any Android phone on Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later. Pulso needs a network connection to fetch live data; it does not need location permission unless you want the forecast for where you are.
Do I need to be in Medellín?
The data covers the Aburrá Valley, so the app is most useful there — but anyone can install it and look at the valley's rain radar, rivers and air quality from anywhere.
What do you see about me?
Joining the group shares your Google account email address with us — that is how Google Play knows you are a tester, and it is the only reason we hold it. We use it for nothing else. Pulso itself has no accounts and no tracking; see the Privacy Policy.
Will the group email me?
Only about the test — when a build lands, and when the beta ends. That is a handful of messages over two weeks. You can switch the group to No email in your Google Groups subscription settings and still stay a tester.
How do I leave the beta?
Open the opt-in link and tap Leave the program, then uninstall the app. Leaving the group removes you as well. No hard feelings — though if something went wrong, we would rather hear about it.
What happens when Pulso goes public?
Nothing you need to do. The public release is the same app: your phone moves over to it automatically, keeping your settings, with no reinstall.

How do I report a bug?
Email grappestudio@gmail.com or post in the testers group. Your phone model and Android version help a lot, and a screenshot helps more.
